Massive is looking to hire Pre-MBA Generalists in CEO’s Office to drive various initiatives under its EV, Climate VC and Foundation forays, so apply for this role, if you are:

- an Engineering / Economic undergrad from top colleges.

- looking for an Ivy League admission.

- looking for a Generalist BizOps role, i.e., driving business operations (from sales to operations).

- have around 1 year of experience in the industry.

- have excellent communication skills (can do top-notch presentations as well as write 6-page strategy notes).

Role:

As a part of the CEO’s Office, you will be driving critical projects with complete ownership, which can be from leading sales, or CMS for EV charging to building a strategy for EV retailing, or launching an accelerator for Asia, or sourcing top-notch talent!

It’s a diversified generalist role, eventually leading to Chief of Staff position. You will get exposure to everything and learn first-hand how to run a Company! And at the same time, develop an excellent profile for Ivy League admissions, as compared to usual consulting / IT profiles.
